Misunderstanding OSHA Regulations that Can Cost You a Lot of Money

The webinar aims to help employers who want to establish and maintain a safe and healthful workplace. Every employer in all 50-states are required to have a safety program that is OSHA compliant.

The goal is to lead employers through the maze of regulations that will result is having the confidence that they could past a formal or informal OSHA audit of their safety program. In addition, training will be given to supervisors /lead men, women who have been assigned to run the program. This is the point where most safety programs drift out of compliance.

Course Objectives:

The program consists of eight parts. The program is covered over a number of months with recommendations and tips I have gained based on my over 48-years of experience.

In the absence of a safety program that is in compliance the gamble is a citation from OSHA Enforcement will cost $12,470. If you’re in California, the citation is $18,000. We will begin with an approved outline of the program. We will work our way through each part of the program, ending with a completely documented program for the employer to follow, with advise on what to do and not to do along the way.
