The EEOC has proposed updated workplace harassment guidelines which reflect noteworthy changes in the law that employers should be aware of. The new proposed guidance expands the type of harassment that can be based on sex. Preventing and addressing harassment is a key priority for the EEOC, and the new guidance provides clarity on new developments in the law.
