This program will examine all of the recent changes to standards and new initiatives that OSHA has put in place under the Biden administration. Specifically, it will look at OSHA’s focus on recordkeeping, Severe Violators Enforcement Program, temporary employees, as well as the new enforcement strategy being utilized by OSHA.
